Who can invest in the Fund?
Currently the Fund is available to U.S. citizens or residents above the age of 18. Individuals do not need to be an accredited investor to participate in the Fund.
All investors will receive a US 1099 document yearly for tax purposes.
Individuals may also invest through certain entities or self-directed IRAs.
What types of properties are available in the Fund?
At this time, we only offer Single Family Residences.
Rental homes that are leased for 12 month increments and are unfurnished.
What returns can I expect?
Investing in the Fund can deliver returns to investors in the form of dividends from the rental income on each property; currently paid out to investors quarterly.
What is the minimum investment for the Fund?
$100,000 is the minimum investment amount to participate in the Fund.
How long do I commit my money to the Fund?
Investors can typically expect to commit their capital to an 3-5 year hold period before we employ an exit strategy to sell all assets in the Fund. There is an extension to add an additional 6 months in due to economic conditions. Investors will receive communications throughout the life of the investment.
Can I cash out of my investment any time?
No. Real estate investments are longer-term in nature than traditional liquid stocks and bonds. When investing into the Fund, you are agreeing to the terms, which is clearly stated in the PPM.
